PROPOSED AMENDMENTS MacRobert wishes to draw your attention to the following important notice
The Minister of Environmental Affairs has, in terms of sections 44(aE), (aF), (aG), (aH) read with sections 24(5)(b)(ix), 24(5)(d), 24N, 24P and 24R of the NEMA, given notice of her intention to amend the Financial Provisioning Regulations, 2015. Members of the public are invited to submit written representations within 30 days of the publication of this notice in the Gazette (i.e. on or before the 10 October 2016).
